The i8 Roadster will get a fabric-folding roof along with a few other changes such as a revised headlamp cluster. The i8 is already in the middle of its life-cycle, having been launched in 2014. The engine remains the same, which is a 1.5-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine making 228 bhp and the electric motor produces 96 kW or 129 bhp for a total of 357 bhp and 570 Nm of torque.
