Dilip Joshi bought the Kia Sonet subcompact SUV in the GT Line trim
Meanwhile, the Kia Sonet is extremely popular in its segment and Kia India's second most-selling model after the Seltos. The model impresses with its sporty design, a long list of features and peppy petrol and diesel engines. The subcompact SUV draws power from the 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol, 1.0-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options. Transmission choices include the 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed IMT, 7-speed DCT and a torque converter. The Kia Sonet is the only offering in its segment that offers the option of a diesel automatic.
It's unclear as to which variant of the Kia Sonet did Dilip Joshi purchase. The images do reveal it to be the Sonet GT Line with all the bells and whistles. Prices for the Sonet GTX+ trim starts at Rs. 12.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Kia Sonet is one of the best-selling subcompact SUVs in the segment
The new Kia Sonet is likely to join the Audi Q7 and the previous-generation Toyota Innova already present in Dilip Joshi's garage. On the work front, the actor continues to headline TMKOC amidst an ensemble cast.
