Cons

How is the design of the Hyosung GT650R?
The Hyosung GT650R has an aggressive aerodynamic shape and looks like a beast on road. The riding position with the lowered clip-on handlebars is impressive. The brand has introduced a twin-pod projector headlight, huge fairing to provide good wind protection, an LED taillight, and split seats. You get a normal instrument cluster with an analogue rpm gauge and a digital speedometer.
How does the Hyosung GT650R ride?
The inverted forks, oval tube frame, and adjustable suspension make the riders confident on road. These features provide a solid performance and are loved by most of its riders. The motorcycle is made heavy and therefore handling them is hard. Moreover, tacking twisties, large tanks, and sticky rubber wheels make the riders suffer during a race. Yet, you can enjoy touring around the city with the Hyosung GT650R.
How comfortable is the Hyosung GT650R?
The seat of Hyosung GT650R is well padded and is impressively comfortable for long rides as a sports bike. The clip-on handlebars and the adjustable footpads, along with the improved suspension and braking system has made it comfortable to ride and compete on the track.
How’s the tech?
The dimensions of the two-wheeler are 2090mm in length, 700mm in width, and 1135mm in height (pilot seat height). The seat height of Hyosung GT650R is 930mm and its wheelbase is 1435 mm. It has a Telescopic Fork front suspension and a Mono shock absorber at the rear suspension. The front brake is a twin disc and offers an improved braking power of the bike. The exhaust system of Hyosung GT650R is of Euro 3 Complaint.
How’s the mileage of Hyosung GT650R?
Hyosung GT650R has a claimed mileage of 18-20 kmpl, though is not disclosed by the manufacturer. It is dependent on the riding condition and riders abilities. The fuel tank capacity is 17 litres, thus keeping you worry-free for a few hours of journey.
How is the performance of Hyosung GT650R?
Hyosung GT650R is powered by a 647cc, 90° V-Twin DOHC, water-cooled engine that dissipates the heat quickly and allows the engine to run at an optimum temperature. The motor paired with a 6-speed transmission gearbox produces a maximum power of 72.68 bhp @ 9000 rpm and a peak torque of 60.9 Nm @ 7500 rpm. The top speed of the two-wheeler is 210 kmph. The engine produces low to mid-range power. The transmission pattern maintained here is one-down and five-up, which produces efficient performance.
Is the Hyosung GT650R good value for money?
Hyosung GT650R provides an all-around performance but handling it is tough due to its bulky design. Moreover, the vehicle is weighty in comparison to its class vehicles. If you are looking for a sports bike above Rs 5 lakh then you can consider buying it but remember it is a good bike, not the best. You get a lot of options within this price tag. This bike is not good enough according to its price.
