Benelli New TNT 300
What's New?
The TNT 300 is Benelli's streetfighter that will be relaunched in India again after an unsuccessful launch in 2021. Benelli is now offering A 5 Year Unlimited Kilometre Warranty and has tweaked the design and specs of the bike before its relaunch.
Having been introduced to the Indian market in 2017, the Benelli TNT 300 is a naked roadster motorcycle by the Italian brand Benelli, which is now owned by Qianjiang Motorcycle. While the 2021 version of the motorcycle has been released in some international markets, the latest 2023 model has undergone a series of updates to enhance its performance and appeal. Among the changes are revised styling and an updated engine with higher displacement than its predecessor. Benelli TNT 300 has a 300cc, parallel twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that delivers 37bhp at 11,000rpm and 25.62Nm of peak torque at 9,000rpm. The engine will be mated with a 6-speed gearbox.
The updated styling of the Benelli TNT 300 consists of several modifications, including a redesigned headlight, a front fender that matches the body colour, a robust fuel tank, an elevated saddle, a two-part grab rail for the pillion, and a side-slung exhaust. The international version of the motorcycle includes features such as full-LED lighting and a digital instrument panel, which will likely be retained in the Indian model. The bike gets disc brakes on both tyres and ABS as standard. A mono-shock at the rear and a USD fork at the front tyre provides the suspension for the motorcycle.
Benelli TNT 300 is available in White, Red, Green, and Black. The bike is expected to cost around Rs 3.5 lakh, while the launch date of the motorcycle remains undisclosed. With a 300cc engine and 37 bhp, the Benelli TNT 300 will be pitched against the KTM 390 Duke and the Kawasaki Z250.
Other Upcoming Benelli Models are the 402 S, New BN 302R, Leoncino 800 and 752S

How is the design of the Benelli TNT 300?
When it comes to the design language of the Benelli TNT 300, it strictly follows the rules of a naked-sports roadster. At first glance, you will be taken aback by the beautiful lines on the body and the strong presence of the Benelli TNT 300. With an open engine cabinet, sharp features and huge fuel tank, this bike surely looks the part. Even though only available in the colour orange in the international market, the Indian market offers this bike in other colour variants as well, such as green, red, black and white. This only helps improve the look of the bike and make it feel more personable. The side panels on this bike widen the body a bit and give it a muscular feel along with the small but bright front lamp headlight.

It is very important for a bike to ride as comfortably as it picks up speed, and it seems like Benelli has found the perfect balance with this bike. The ergonomics of the Benelli TNT 300 is quite a rider friendly and allows easy riding. The wider Metzeler tyres and wide handlebar ensures a safe and comfortable ride both on city roads as well as the highway. The seat height is measured and offers a good riding posture. That said, the pillion rider might take some time getting used to the rear set of footpegs, but the seat is long enough to allow them manoeuvrability. To sum up, this bike’s stance is not too aggressive like the other models in this segment and quite comfortable even on long rides.

How is the tech?
The new model of the Benelli TNT 300 comes decent features. To start with, you get safety measures like ABS, USD twin suspension forks and Metzeler tyres that only make the ride quality significantly better. That said the instrument cluster has not gotten much of an update from the last model. It still shows you the important and necessary information about the fuel consumption, speed, RPM and side-stand notification, but might seem dated to the rider, especially when compared to its recent competitors.
