WM Motors or Weimar Motors as it is better known as will be launching two new electric cars in China this year. Founded by ex Geely and Volvo executive Shen Hui, WM Motors has already launched three EVs which all have been SUVs. This time around one of the new EVs will be a sedan. It will be launching a new car called the M7 which will be a sedan aside from another model that will likely be an SUV. It announced the vehicles on its Weibo Page which is a tradition that many Chinese tech companies follow as it is basically the Twitter of China.

In the social media posts, the company has shown off the interior of the vehicles which has a minimalistic design language. It has a screen that extends from the side to the centre of the dashboard. It also has pixel lights built into the passenger side above the glovebox displaying the text hello M7.

The car is also slated to come with numerous LiDARs and will have insane levels of computing power measured in at between 500-1000 trillion operations per second. Its other vehicle the E5 is being developed for the mobility sector, ergo, meat for cab service providers. They shared a glimpse of its interior as well, which also was quite minimalistic.

Alongside the launch of these vehicles, the company has also shared a new version of its logo. Apart from these vehicles, the company also provides additional services in China including providing charging solutions like home chargers and a network of over 200,000 public chargers across China which is frankly quite a mind-boggling number.
