Under this form, you need your car's Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant registering authority. This form ensures that you do not have any pending liability, which can hamper your car selling. It is an indication that there are no existing challans, accidents or criminal activities, and tax-related issues involving your vehicle. You need a minimum of 3 copies of this form.
This form is required when the owner needs to inform the RTO that his car has been sold. You require a couple (2) copies of this form, and it states that the owner has submitted all the related documents like RC and insurance to the person who has brought the car. Form 29 is available online and in your local Regional Transport Office (RTO).
Form 30 is required to confirm Form 29. This form is required to request the RTO to transfer the ownership of the vehicle to the new owner as soon as possible. Essentially it means that all the activities and responsibilities related to the car in question are now the headache of the new owner.
Within 14 days of the sale of the vehicle this form should be submitted to your local RTO. This form can be downloaded online and it's also available in your local RTO. You need 2 copies of this form for submission.
This form is required when your car has been financed. This form is essentially a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from your bank, which is required to effectively transfer the ownership of your vehicle.
The hypothecation of the RC is eliminated with the help of this form, and it entails that you have cleared all your dues with the bank which you took to purchase your vehicle.
