Highlights

Remember the W Motors Lykan HyperSport? Let me refresh your memory. The car in Fast and Furious 7 that Vin Diesel and Paul Walker's characters drove off from a skyscraper in Dubai? Alternatively known as Arabia's first supercar, the Lykan Hypersport is ready to get its successor in the form of W Motors Fenyr SuperSport that recently made its global debut at the 2015 Dubai International Motor Show.

Made in collaboration Magna Steyr Italy and RUF Automobile Germany among other partners, the Fenyr's body is made of carbon fiber and gets a tubular light-weight aluminium chassis that further complement the car's performance.

W Motors Fenyr SuperSport Side Profile

The newest addition to W Motors' line-up, the Fenyr SuperSport also promises to be the culmination of performance, power and speed. One must note, this hypercar's production will be limited to only 25 units per year.

The Fenyr SuperSport will be powered by a custom-made flat 6-cylinder, 4.0-litre, twin turbo engine produced by RUF Automobile in Germany. Mated to a 7-speed double-clutch gearbox, the W Motors' hypercar promises 900 horses along with a massive torque of 1200Nm. The carmaker claims the Fenyr can go from 0-100Km/h in under 2.7 seconds and offers a top-speed of over 400Km/h.

W Motors adapted a line from Prose Edda, Icelandic scholar Snorri Sturluson's work of literature, for a rather poetic description of the Fenyr SuperSport:

"The earth will shake violently, trees will be uprooted, mountains will fall, and all binds will snap - Fenyr will be free."

    W Motors Fenyr SuperSport Specs:

    Engine: 4.0-litre, twin turbo

    Power: 900hp

    Torque: 1200Nm

    Transmission: 7-Speed double-clutch

    0-100Km/h: Less than 2.7 seconds
