As of now, Ducati does not have a model that can go head to head with the Triumph Tiger 800 Range. Lastly, Ducati will be launching the SuperSport and the SuperSport R in India at a price of Rs. 11.72 lakh and Rs. 13 lakh. Ducati says that the SuperSport range will be more rider friendly than the Panigale models and will offer the same riding experience. Also, one will have the option of getting the SuperSport S customised as well. The difference between the SuperSport and the Panigale is that while the Panigale is based on a monocoque chassis, the SuperSport sits on a Monster trellis frame chassis, but with a different engine, fairing and electronics.
