Ultraviolette F77 Showcased At Motobike Istanbul Ahead Of Turkey Launch

- Ultraviolette announces its foray into Europe with Türkiye

Indian electric motorcycle manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive has showcased its F77 electric motorcycle in Turkey, ahead of the brand's official entry into Turkey. Bengaluru-based EV start-up Utraviolette has joined hands with K-Rides, a subsidiary of Kibar Holding, for the sale of the F77 in Turkey. Ultraviolette is currently showcasing its F77 electric bike at the K-Rides pavilion at the ongoing Motobike Istanbul 2024 exhibition from March 20-23, 2024.

The Ultraviolette F77 is a made-in-India electric motorcycle, which has been impressive in every way.
Kibar Holding is a large corporation in Turkey that has ventured into the mobility sector by announcing its new company, K-Rides. Earlier this year, the company also announced its collaboration with Royal Enfield to retail Royal Enfield motorcycles in Turkey.
Right now, Ultraviolette Automotive has only one product on sale, the F77, which was launched in 2022. The F77 however is an impressive made-in-India electric motorcycle, which also holds the merit of being the fastest-production electric motorcycle in India. Now, the company has officially announced its entry into the European market starting with Turkey.

The Ultraviolette F77 is powered by a large 10.3kWh battery pack that powers the permanent magnet AC motor that is rated at 30kW (40 bhp). The electric motorcycle is capable of accelerating from 0-60 kmph in 2.9 seconds and is capable of achieving a top speed of 152 kmph. It comes with three ride modes, a 5-inch TFT screen with Bluetooth and smartphone connectivity, 9-axis IMU and dual-channel ABS.

Recently, Ultraviolette has introduced its Supernova DC fast-charging stations which are capable of charging up the F77 from 20 to 80 per cent in just 40 to 60 minutes. Currently, 10 such fast charging stations are operational, and the the company intends to extend the fast charging network to 100 over the next 12 months. Last year, the company also showcased its electric race bike, the Ultraviolette F99, which is capable of achieving a top speed of 265 kmph.
