TVS Ronin Images Leaked Online; Launch On July 6
Highlights
TVS Motor Company is gearing up for the launch of a brand new motorcycle. The homegrown manufacturer recently shared a block your date invite with the media for a launch scheduled on July 6, 2022, without revealing much about the upcoming two-wheeler. But as we near the launch, images of the upcoming TVS Ronin have been leaked online. The images look like they've been taken out of the bike's brochure, giving us an idea of what to expect from the motorcycle.
The upcoming TVS Ronin is based on a brand new platform, and is unlike any other bike TVS has on sale in the market. The bike is somewhat of a mix of a roadster and a scrambler motorcycle, and TVS also used the words ‘ride with us towards a new way of life’ while it shared the launch invite, signifying their aim to create a motorcycle that opens up a new segment for the manufacturer. The motorcycle sports a modern-retro look with a round headlamp and a round instrument cluster, teardrop shaped fuel tank, flattish one piece seat with a grab-rail at the back, and the leaked images also showed a dual tone paint scheme.
The bike also gets USD forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear, and features 8-spoke alloy wheels. It sports on-off road styled tyres signifying its scrambler characteristic, and has disc brakes at both ends too. The bike will likely be powered by a 200-250 cc engine, but we will know more about it only at the time of the launch.
