We've seen the Kodiaq and the more compact Karoq but this year at the Geneva Motor Show, Skoda is bringing something better and in all likelihood smaller than both the cars. The company has revealed a few sketches of the what it calls the Vision X Concept and this one shows the company's outlook for a model range with hybrid technology. Skoda calls it an 'urban crossover' and it gets some of the characteristic features of the company's successful SUV models to another vehicle segment.

he Vision X Concept is compact in its proportions in its FlexGreen-painted exterior we can't help but look at it and be reminded of the Hyundai Kona. The roof comes with a contrast Anthracite sets sporty accents while the distinctive bumpers, side sills, panoramic glass roof and 20-inch alloy wheels give it a bit more pizzaz.

Inside, the Vision X sees a fundamentally new design language. The wide, ergonomically contoured dashboard with freestanding colour display dominates the cabin and as you would expect from the car, the infotainment and connectivity services are all accessible on a big touchscreen.

The Vision X will be the third model to be added to the company's SUV family and will likely be one of the first SUVs from the company to come with a hybrid powertrain. We wait to know more about the concept in March this year.
