Skoda Auto India is readying a top-spec Monte Carlo variant of the Skoda Kushaq SUV, with a launch confirmed for May 2022. The Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo will sit at the top of the variant list and would come loaded with added features, as well as cosmetic tweaks both to its exterior and interior, which would also mean a hike in its pricing. The Skoda Kushaq, at present, retails between Rs. 10.99 lakh to Rs. 18.19 lakh (ex-showroom, India), in two petrol powertrains, paired with both manual and automatic gearbox.

The Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo edition, like the Skoda Rapid Monte Carlo edition, is a special edition model that pays tribute to Skoda's Motorsport heritage, and brings in exclusive exterior colours, along with Monte Carlo specific tweaks which will be unique to this variant. A few of these exterior changes would include a blacked-out treatment instead of chrome at various places. The car will also feature the Monte Carlo badge on the front fender. Inside, the cabin gets a black & red upholstery package with red highlights, which will not only heighten the premium appeal but also add a certain sportiness to the overall look of the car. The headrest would also get the Monte Carlo badging.
