In a bid to revive the sales of Duster in the Indian automobile market, Renault India has now launched a new variant of the compact SUV called the 'RxL Plus' in the 85PS line-up.

This new variant comes with features like dual airbags, ABS+EBD and brake assist, which make it much safer variant to drive home. The buyers can also get an optional pack on the new RxL trim, paying some additional money over the Rxl. The optional pack includes driver seat belt reminder and parking sensors. While the RxL costs Rs 10.6 lakh, the RxL with optional pack has been priced at Rs 11.18 lakh (prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).

Since, the RxL trim is just a feature rich version of the existing model, mechanically, it remains unchanged. There are no changes made to the design either. It continues to come with the same 1.5-litre k9k diesel mill, capable of churning out a maximum power output of 85PS and 200Nm of peak torque.
