    Polestar has reached several milestones in its period of rapid retail expansion. The brand will double its number of retail outlets around the world by the end of the year, with approximately half of the new locations planned to open throughout the United States.

    Polestar has expanded its U.S. retail network, with a total of 25 showrooms expected to be operating by the end of 2021, 16 of which are appointed or already delivering cars.

    Globally, Polestar will be operational in 18 different markets by the end of this year, doubling the number of markets from 2020. Polestar service points across these 18 markets should surpass 780 by year end.

    Polestar's fast-paced journey has not been limited to its retail footprint. In June, Polestar announced its intention to manufacture the forthcoming Polestar 3 SUV in the USA. The announcement globalizes the brand's manufacturing footprint for production of the third vehicle in the Polestar lineup, complementing the Polestar 1 and 2 which are already on the road on three continents.
