Now Build a Harley Davidson From Scratch. One Made From Plastic Ofcourse
Highlights
We've all loved to put things together, may they be jigsaw puzzles, some game close to Mechano or even a DIY Caterham, but have you ever heard of jig-saw which involved a full-scale Harley Davidson? No, right! But guess what, there is provision for that now.
Route '66' Classic is a design replica of typical 1960's classic American motorcycles and the company, MHP Industries, specializes in developing full-size kit motorcycles. There are over 180 parts made of vacuum formed ABS plastic components plus small parts and fixings and featuring metal handlebars and side stand.
The kit bike is 93" (236cm) long, 42" (107cm) high and 32.5" (82.5cm) wide, which is the actual size of the real motorcycle. The company claims that it takes 'approximately between 20 and 30 hours of fun' to put it all together and don't forget, that there is a warning which says that it is not suitable for children under 16 years.
The plastic bike is strong enough to allow riders to 'gently' sit down on top. As you can see in the video, this can be used to pull off similar stunts and probably make a collection out of it for the company says that the future models may include a Triumph Bonneville, Manx Norton or a Classic Vespa scooter.
