Nissan updates the Evalia

Nissan Evalia MPV has been upgraded and is now available in four trims, namely - XE, XE, XL and XL (Option) at a revised price. Satisfying the needs of its customers being the chief motive, claims the company.

    Nissan launched an updated version of the Evalia MPV. The company has priced the MPV at Rs 8.78 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

    The four trims (XE, XE , XL and XL (Option)) get 14-inch wheels. But it is the top two trims (XV and XV (Option)) that come with 15-inch alloys, rear washer, wiper and defogger, and captain seats for the middle row.

    It also gets a 2-DIN audio system with USB connectivity. It also gets a roof-mounted air-con blower for the second row. Nissan says it is available as a direct dealer fitment option.

    Kenichiro Yomura, president, Nissan India Operations, said, "We have listened to our customers closely and have responded to their requirements in a very short span of time. The new features in the Evalia reinforce Nissan's commitment to the Indian market and consumers."

    There are no changes to the mechanicals or engine of the new Evalia
