Mercedes-AMG C63 S Coupe Facelift To Debut This Month

Ahead of its official debut at the upcoming New York Motor Show, Mercedes-AMG unveiled the 2019 C-Class Coupe facelift a few days ago. Now, the company has released a short teaser video announcing the date for unveil, which happens to be today (March 27). The German car-makers will reveal the 2019 Mercedes-AMG C63 S Coupe at the upcoming New York International Auto Show, along with the Cabriolet version. Although details are not known, we expect the C63 S Coupe to be based on the sedan version with subtle cosmetic changes and tuned up performance.

Up front, the 2019 Mercedes-AMG C63 S Coupe will get redesigned headlights, multibeam LED treatment similar to the E-Class. At the rear, the updates are minor with a new tail light, Panamericana grille and a single-bar grille. The bumpers are also said to be redesigned.
Inside, the AMG C63 S Coupe will get a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and an updated touchpad controller. A 10.25-inch infotainment system will come with an improved voice control system, along with updated trim and upholstery combinations. Safety-wise, the AMG C63 S Coupe will get Active Emergency Stop Assist, Active Steering Assist system and Active Lane Change Assist.
Under the hood, expect the AMG C63 S Coupe to get a 4.0-litre bi-turbocharged V8 engine that is capable to producing 500 bhp of max power and 698 Nm of peak torque. This engine helps the AMG C63 S Coupe to leap forward to 100kmph in under 4 seconds.
