MV Agusta Shows Off the Diablo Brutale
Highlights
- MV Agusta and Pirelli come together to make this one-off bike
- It is a tribute to the partnership of these two companies
- It will not be entering mass production
Trust MV Agusta to make some of the best-looking motorcycles on the planet. Similarly, Pirelli is one of the world's best tyre manufacturers. Both these Italian brands have collaborated with each other for the longest time. And to celebrate this partnership, the Italians together showed off the painfully good-looking Diablo Brutale. The rather diabolical looks of the motorcycle have made us drool ever since we set our eyes on it. In essence, the motorcycle is the MV Agusta Brutale 800 but gets a dual-tone colour scheme of matt black and a shade of luminous red.
The Diablo Rosso III is the latest supersport tyre from Pirelli and promises to raise the bar, be it on the track or tarmac, dry or wet. The Brutale 800 is one of the most ferocious middleweight motorcycles on the planet. The Diablo Brutale is a tribute of sorts to the design, sportiness and the technology of this new tyre from Pirelli. Needless to say, the Diablo Brutale is shod with these tyres. The Diablo Rosso III logo can be seen on the sides of the fuel tank along with a thunderbolt pattern, which is the distinctive shape of the grooves on the tyres.
The tyres themselves get red graphics on the side walls, upping the drool quotient by a few notches. The Diablo Brutale is just a one-off model and will not be entering mass production. The size of the tyres are 120/70 ZR17 M/C at the front and 180/55 ZR17 M/C at the rear.
Mechanically, the motorcycle remains untouched. MV Agusta recently started off its operations in India and we are glad that it did. The company has also been battling financial troubles despite their global sales doing really well in the past year. The Brutale 800 is currently undergoing homologation in India and will soon be on sale as well along with the Brutale 1090, F3 and the F4.
