Right now, more than 30 million transactions are carried out IndianOil fuel stations every single day. And with this partnership Maruti wants to make its loyalty programme more rewarding, convenient, and more enriching for its customers. In our view, the navigation features can certainly be useful feature during road trips or when you are at remote locations, however, many mainstream navigation apps like Google Maps already offer such information. The company will certainly need to come out with some more tangible benefits like for this partnership to become a success. One option could be to allow customers to use reward point to buy fuel.
