Lexus Unveils Its Rear-Wheel Driven LC 500
At the ongoing Detroit Auto Show, Lexus unveiled its V8, rear-wheel driven LC 500, which will go to production sometime in 2016 and will be made available to the world in 2017.
Highlights
Imagine a rear-wheel drive car, studded with a 5-litre V8 engine delivering 467bhp of power and 527Nm of torque, and doing 0-60m/h in 4.5 seconds. Now add a 10-speed automatic paddle-shift gearbox, carbon fibre door, and an optional carbon fibre roof. If all this information has still not managed to excite you, maybe the price tag of almost $1,00,000 will.
