Isuzu D-Max V-Cross Launched at Rs. 12.49 Lakh

First showcased at the Auto Expo 2016 in February, the company claims Isuzu D-Max V-Cross "is designed to meet the aspirations of India's adventure seekers." The V-Cross brings forth a combination of off-roading capability and passenger car like comforts, thus allowing it to cater to personal vehicle buyers for not only utility purposes, but also for daily commute.
The V-Cross sports a muscular and aggressive wedge shaped design with splashes of chrome and roof rails and rides on 16" alloy wheels. Its chassis frame is based on iGRIP technology (Isuzu Gravity Response Intelligent Platform) that "ensures greater stability even at high speeds and sharp curves."
Inside, it gets a 7-inch touchscreen entertainment system with USB input, DVD, AUX, iPod and Bluetooth connectivity, steering mounted audio controls, automatic AC, tilt adjustable steering, and electro-luminescent meters with MID (Multi Information Display). Furthermore, the vehicle can also be accessorized with an array of after-market and custom built accessories. For safety, Isuzu is offerinf dual front airbags, ABS, EBD, and Brake Assist on the D-Max V-Cross.
The V-Cross comes powered by a CRDi engine that develops 134bhp along with 320Nm of peak torque. Mated to a 5 speed manual transmission, the vehicle also gets dial-type 4WD (shift-on-fly) mode.
