- Power on the Brazilian-spec Creta N Line comes from a 1.0-litre engine
Hyundai has launched the new Creta N Line in the Brazilian market, bringing a sportier version of the SUV to the market. The new Creta N Line for Brazil, much like the i20 N Line sold in India, brings cosmetic upgrades to the car. Exterior changes include the new and taller bumper with a larger air intake and a dark chrome finish. The grille has been reworked along the lines of the new-gen Tucson. There are now black inserts between the grille and the LED headlamps that also make the front look wider. Lastly, a vent has been added above the grille right before the bonnet that gives the model a distinctive look.

The profile on the new Hyundai Creta N Line sports the 'N Line' badging on the front fender, while the model rides on new 17-inch alloy wheels, and comes with side skirts and gloss black treatment on the window line. The rear gets a reworked bumper with a split faux diffuser and twin exhaust tips. The tailgate also gets a redesign with more cuts and creases in a bid to look muscular.
There are plenty of N Line badges in the cabin complementing the all-black theme
Inside, the new Creta N Line gets special 'N' badging on the seats, gearshift knob and steering wheel, and red stitching on the all-black upholstery. The feature list remains the same as the standard version with the model available in the fully-kitted avatar complete with a panoramic sunroof, digital instrument console, touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging and lots more. The Brazilian version of the SUV also comes with Hyundai SmartSense, which is essentially a host of ADAS tech including autonomous braking, lane keep assist, fatigue detector, adaptive high beam and more. The Hyundai Creta N Line for Brazil draws power from the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine tuned for 118 bhp. There's also a 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol motor available in the South American market.

With respect to India, Hyundai has no immediate plans of bringing this version of the Creta to the market. However, we could see the Creta N Line arriving when the facelift arrives in the future. It will take on the Kia Seltos GT Line as well as the more powerful variants of the Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq and the upcoming SUVs from Maruti Suzuki and Toyota. Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor India is gearing up to introduce the Venue facelift on June 16, 2022. The automaker is expected to bring the Venue N Line to the market next with the facelifted version.
