Hero MotoCorp, the home-grown two-wheeler giant, has silently launched its male-centric scooter - Maestro - in new colours and graphics. Interestingly, the company isn't charging any extra money for the updates.

    Hero MotoCorp, the home-grown two-wheeler giant, has silently launched its male-centric scooter - Maestro - in new colours and graphics. Interestingly, the company isn't charging any extra money for the updates.

    The new range of colours offered with the Maestro are - groovy medley, panther black, magnetic matt grey, force silver, vital white, blazing red and electric blue. Besides the new colours, the 110cc scooter also gets new graphics on the side panels.

    Since, it's just a cosmetic update, the Maestro continues to feature the 109cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder OHC that is capable of churning out a maximum power output of 8bhp at 7,500rpm and 9.10Nm of peak torque at 5,550rpm. Other features like combined braking system, digital analogue combo meter console, 90/100 x 10 - 53 J (Tube with Puncture Endurance) tyres, drum brakes both at front & rear etc. remain unchanged.
