Hennessey tunes the Cadillac Escalade to breathe 557bhp

    We are well aware of what American tuner Hennessey is capable of. We saw the transformation of the Venom GT recently and the way it was powered to break records set by the likes of the Bugatti Veyron (not official yet). Now, the company released a supercharger kit for the 2015 Cadillac Escalade.

    The HPE550 upgrade is offered for the Escalades 6.2-litre V8 engine which will now churn out 557bhp and a massive 734Nm torques. The figure prior to this upgrade stood at 420 bhp and 623 Nm. The kit does cost 15,950 USD (approximately 9 lakh rupees) and will include an air-to-water intercooler system and a remapped engine ECU.

    The HPE550 can be used in other cars too and comes with a warranty. What it also promises is brilliant performance for this mammoth of a car.
