SsangYong unveiled at the XLV at the Geneva Motor Show which we can safely say that this will surely been seen in a production guise very soon. The compact SUV segment has been growing not only in India but in other countries as well and the XLV gives us a peek into what Ssangyong has to offer.

Ssangyong's XLV is a seven-seater, and is 4430mm long. Considering that its major rival is the Nissan Qashqai, the XLV will also be offered in a shorter five-seater version. The XLV will come powered with a 1.6-litre diesel engine and an electric motor hooked up to a lithium ion battery.

Ssangyong has kept the design clean and there is no drama about the way the XLV looks. The concept previews the Korean SUV makers design language for future cars as well. The inside of the car looks plush and you can expect this too in future cars from the Ssangyong stable as well.
