F3: Jehan Daruvala Bags Podium In European F3 Season Opener

Indian racing contingent Jehan Daruvala secured a podium in the opening round of the 2018 European Formula 3 series at the Pau Grand Prix in France. In his sophomore year, the young driver qualified fifth on the grid and managed to remain competitive throughout the weekend raking in points in two out of the three races over the weekend.

Indian racer Jehan Daruvala finished on podium in the opening round of the 2018 European Formula 3 series at the Pau Grand Prix in France as the young driver qualified at fifth position on the grid. He managed to maintain it throughout the weekend, raking in points in two out of the three races over the weekend. However, Jehan's run ended prematurely as he had to retire from Race 1 as his car's suspension broke. The sentiment was certainly not uplifting but Daruvala ensured to turn that around in the second race of the weekend. Jehan recovered to sixth position in Race 2 making a strong comeback, while eyeing the podium in his next.
