Ducati says the introduction of the Maintenance section on the app is aimed at bringing more transparency to the owners by providing all the necessary information related to maintaining the bikes. The app will provide data about the routine maintenance operations carried out on the motorcycle starting from July 2019.
Bipul Chandra, Managing Director - Ducati India said, "The "Maintenance" feature in the MyDucati app is a nifty feature for all Ducatisti. It takes the guesswork around service and maintenance, out of the equation and offers the option to schedule future services, updates, etc. delivering complete peace of mind. It aims to deliver detailed information to customers regarding their bike's health in advance, ensuring peak Ducati experience whenever they head out for a ride. I am certain that riders will appreciate this form of proactive communication and it will add tremendous value to their ownership experience."

Enthusiasts can also configure different Ducati motorcycles while getting information on events organised by Ducati around the world. Furthermore, the Ducati Dealers section shows you the nearest Ducati dealership's location that can be used for service and sourcing spares.
