Clotilde Delbos Appointed As The New CEO Of Renault

The Board of Directors of Renault have decided to appoint Clotilde Delbos as Chief Executive Officer of Renault SA for an interim period, until a process is completed to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer. The directors decided to end the mandate of Thierry Bolloré as Chief Executive Officer of Renault SA and President of Renault s.a.s with immediate effect.

It was also announced that Olivier Murguet and José-Vicente de los Mozos will be appointed as Deputy Managing Directors to assist Delbos in her duties. In addition, Jean-Dominique Senard will assume the presidency of Renault s.a.s during this interim period. 

Clotilde Delbos joined Groupe Renault in 2012 as Group Controller. In 2014, she was appointed Alliance Global Director, Control, in addition to her current role as Senior Vice President, Groupe Renault Controller.
