Auto Expo 2018: Mahindra To Showcase 6 New Electric Cars

Mahindra will unveil 6 new EVs out of which two will be concept vehicles. We know some of them like the KUV electric car, the XUV Aero electric and even the Tivoli electric car among others.

    Mahindra & Mahindra's theme at the Auto Expo 2018 is going to be the 'Future of Mobility' and will be showcasing a plethora of products which will be sustainable mobility solutions that are technologically advanced. So, there are going to be a whole bunch of electric vehicles that will be showcased at the company's stall. The company will unveil 6 new EVs out of which two will be concept vehicles. We know some of them like the KUV electric car, the XUV Aero electric and even the Tivoli electric car among others.

    The company will also showcase a first of its kind future electric architecture and an electric mobility platform. Besides this the new generation of the Ssangyong Rexton will be showcased and there'll also be a Stinger concept and we think it'll be based on the Scorpio.

    Rajan Wadhera, President, Automotive Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said," The government of India has embarked on an ambitious mission to electrify all vehicles in the country by 2030. Mahindra being the pioneer of electric vehicles in India, wants to be at the forefront of this revolution and spearhead the endeavour through a range of clean and connected mobility solutions. Our upcoming display at the Auto Expo 2018 is inspired by this thinking. We will display the widest range of electric passenger and mass mobility solutions including inspiring concepts, electric mobility platforms and future electric architecture that will manifest our commitment towards sustainable mobility in India."
