Maruti Baleno RS, Ignis and Mahindra XUV Aero Concepts Showcased
As the second day of the Auto Expo 2016 came to an end, we got a fair perspective of what was in stored for the Indian automotive industry in the next 2 years. The launches and the unveils gave us a glimpse of things to come. All in all, the Auto Expo 2016 set the stage for some exciting product launches in the following years. Well, all the products are out there on display and starting today, people will be able to get a glimpse of the extensive range of products on display.
Highlights
For those who missed day two, we had some exciting launches in the form of Fiat Punto Pure Edition, John Abraham graced the Yamaha stall and launched the MT-09 while also receiving one as a gift from the company, Maruti Suzuki unveiled the Ignis and Baleno RS concepts which will be launched later this year while Renault showcased the Duster with an Automated Manual Transmission. And finally, Mahindra brought in its XUV Aero Concept while Triumph's new Bonneville series, which has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs. 6.9 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) took a bow at the expo. All-in-all, if you missed it, you did miss a lot.
