Aston Martin Teases Track-Focused Vulcan
Highlights
Aston Martin has released the first teaser video of the upcoming Vulcan. The car is believed to be a track-only car and though the video here doesn't show the model, the roar of the engine is enough to tell you how serious Aston Martin are.
We can see the Vulcan taking the curbs of a race-track and officially we'll know more about the car when its launched at the Geneva Motor Show on March 3rd. But from the buzz that surrounds it, we think that the Vulcan be a limited edition model and only a few will be privy to driving the car.
If it is in fact a track-focused car, the Vulcan will be a stripped down version and we'll probably see a roll-cage inside the car. But will we see Aston Martin going the Ferrari and McLaren way with regards to experience programs?
Well, for those who don't know the Ferrari FXX K and the McLaren P1 GTR are part of experience programs where owners get to drive their car on special events and the car is maintained by the manufacturers. We'll know more in two week's time.
