Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan is also an avid social media user and recently posted a picture of himself astride a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The picture is a still from his 2011 movie Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap, and the actor can be seen in the complete attire with cool sunglasses, a black leather jacket and wind in his hair. The actor captioned the photo as "... riding a Harley is a world of its own .." Considering the poster was clicked at a standstill and gets a photoshopped background, we do agree it indeed looks cool despite the absence of a helmet.

The post has garnered a lot of praise from other celebrities, while also bringing back memories for many fans of his older movies. Motorcycles used to be a staple action prop in the actor's films back in the 1970s and 80s. Who can forget the friendship binding song "Ye Dosti..." from the 1975 movie Sholay that prominently featured the 1954 350 cc Ariel with the sidecar.
Then there was Parvarish release in 1977 that showed Bachchan on multiple motorcycles throughout the movie including the Jawa 250, a Royal Enfield Bullet 350 and a Crusader 175, as well as a Yamaha DT. Funnily, this was more of a continuity error and not to do with the character owning different machines. The actor would later be seen in Geraftaar riding the Royal Enfield Bullet Deluxe finished in a shade of burgundy. Other notable movies include Muqaddar ka Sikandar with Amitabh Bachchan riding the Yamaha DT 125, and a Yezdi in Ram Balram.
On the work front, the 78-year-old actor continues to be as popular and involved in a number of projects. Mr Bachchan has a number of releases lined up including Ayan Mukerji's sci-fi adventure film 'Brahmastra', a thriller 'Chehre', along with 'Jhund', 'MayDay', 'Goodbye' and the Indian adaptation of the Hollywood film 'The Intern'.
