Audi Q2 Long Wheelbase To Get Full Electric Variant
The Audi Q2 is the German automaker's smallest compact SUV. Placed below the Q3, the Q2 with its crossover like design was launched last year with good responses especially from growing markets like China. And to appease the Chinese auto buyer even further, Audi has recently announced plans to launch a longer wheelbase version of the Q2 specially for the China domestic market. To make it an even more interesting proposition though, Audi seems to be preparing an all electric version of the long wheel base Q2 to be sold specifically in China. China is the largest electric car market in the world and last year sold over 3.86 lakh units witnessing a 50 per cent growth over the year before!

The Concept One is the electric hypercar that Rimac currently produce, albeit in very limited numbers, and has already proven to be the best in its class by destroying almost everything else - including the likes of the Porsche 918 in a straight line drag race. The new hypercar will be more powerful and according to official Rimac communication, 'a true game changer'. Rimac also provides the powertrain for the likes of Koenigsegg and Aston Martin for their respective electric hypercars.

Jeep Compass Recalled In India Over Passenger Safety Issues
Jeep India have issued a major recall of the popular Jeep Compass over safety issues. The recall is due to the passenger front airbag in the Jeep Compass being affected by what Jeep has termed 'loose fasteners' that can affect the correct working of the airbag in case of a collision. In a statement put out earlier today, Jeep has said that the recall is expected to affect just a small number (about 1%) of the popular SUV globally. In India, Jeep has so far delivered over 1200 Compass SUVs and all of these will be recalled and checked by the dealer.
