The Hyundai Venue facelift borrows heavily from the company's common parts bin and benefits from several premium components. 3. Improved Tech Connectivity
Hyundai has made improvements to the tech inside the new Venue. The feature brings home-to-car connectivity on the model. The BlueLink connected car tech has also seen an upgrade and comes with offers more than 60 features.
4. Loaded on Safety
In terms of safety, the new Venue facelift gets a host of features such as six airbags, a rear parking camera with guidelines, a tyre pressure monitoring system, hill assist control, and more. Most of these features are available on the top trims, while the base variants get two airbags as standard.
5. Responsive Engines
The powertrain has always been a high point on the Venue and the facelift makes sure the same units are carried over. The 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine belts out 82 bhp and 114 Nm of peak torque and is paired with only a 5-speed manual gearbox. Up next, it's the peppy 1.0-litre turbo-petrol motor with 118 bhp and 172 Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired with a 7-speed DCT and a 6-speed iMT unit. DCT version also comes with paddle shifters and three drive modes – Eco, Normal, and Sport. Lastly, there's the peppy and frugal 1.5-litre diesel with 99 bhp and 240 Nm and a 6-speed manual gearbox. Sadly, the Venue does not get a diesel-automatic combination that's seen on its cousin, the Kia Sonet.
