The 2021 Honda Amaze facelift will go on sale in India on August 18, 2021. Ahead of its official launch, brochure images have surfaced online that reveal several key features and specifications. As per the leaked brochure images, the facelifted model will get several cosmetic changes along with some new and revised features. It will get a new grille, LED projector headlamps with integrated signature LED DRLs, LED front fog lamps with sleek chrome garnish, restyled bumpers, 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, chrome outer door handle, C-shaped LED taillights and more.

The 2021 Honda Amaze Facelift will get a new front grille, LED projector headlamps, LED fog lamps and more.

The Japanese carmaker has already commenced production of the updated model at its manufacturing facility in Tapukara, Rajasthan. Moreover, Honda Cars India recently started accepting bookings for the Amaze facelift. Honda has also begun despatching the car, which means it will start reaching the showrooms soon.

The cabin layout and styling will remain identical to the existing Honda Amaze

On the inside, the cabin will largely remain identical to the outgoing model. However, it will get new fabric upholstery, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, voice command activation, rear parking camera with multi-view and guidelines, push-button start, automatic AC, and more.

The updated Honda Amaze will get rear parking camera with multi-view and guidelines

Under the hood, the Honda Amaze facelift will continue to get the same petrol and diesel engines. The former is a 1.2-litre i-VTEC unit, which develops 89 bhp and 110 Nm of power figures, whereas the 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel is tuned to make 99 bhp and 200 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard along with an optional CVT automatic. Do note, the diesel CVT version makes only 79 bhp and 160 Nm.
