Skoda has dropped a design sketch of its upcoming compact SUV ‘Elroq’, teasing the upcoming offering.
The Skoda Elroq’s sketches reveal the new “Modern Solid” design language that the automaker will adopt for its next-generation models.
The Elroq’s design sketch misses out on Skoda’s trademark moustache grille and gets the new ‘tech-deck’ face instead with the new split headlamp setup.
The rear appears more in line with Skoda’s overall styling with the
crab-arm signature LED taillights and the 2D Skoda logo.
The upcoming Elroq will be based on the MEB platform and will get 55 kWh, 63 kWh and 82 kWh battery pack options, which will offer a range between 300-600 km.
The upcoming Skoda Elroq will get single and dual-motor configurations churning out between 170-300 bhp. Skoda is yet to announce plans to bring the Elroq to India.
