Triumph Motorcycles India has teased its next 400 cc motorcycle, which will join the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400 X. Here’s what you need to know.
Triumph will unveil its new Speed
400-based motorcycle on September 17, 2024. This will be the brand’s third 400 cc offering built by Bajaj in India.
The upcoming 400 cc bike is expected to share its underpinnings with the Speed 400. This includes the same engine, main frame, switchgear, and key cycle parts.
Triumph is likely working on a
neo-retro bike with the teaser revealing bar-end mirrors, a new seat, and a different paint scheme.
The upcoming Triumph 400 will draw power from the familiar 398 cc single-cylinder engine tuned for 39.5 bhp and 37.5 Nm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
This upcoming 400 cc bike will be built by Bajaj at its facility in Chakan and will exported globally as well.
