Maserati has launched the new GranTurismo sports car in India. Here’s what you need to know about the Italian offering.
This is the second-generation Maserati GranTurismo and has been developed from the ground up with electrification in mind. India only gets the petrol variants for now - Modenaand Trofeo.
The new GranTurismo retains the proportions and swooping lines of its predecessor. The design detailing is softer on the new model but gets more modern elements inspired by theMC20 supercar.
The cabin gets a big step up with the multiple digital displays that control everything from air conditioning to seat controls. There are plenty of customisation options for the rest of the interior.
The new GranTurismo gets a 3.0-litre Nettuno V6 engine. On the Modena trim, it produces 490 bhp and 600 Nm. This increases to 550 bhp and 650 Nm on Trofeo with a top speed of 320 kmph.
