MG Motor In recently launched the battery subscription model with the Windsor EV, wherein you can purchase an EV from MG without paying for the battery pack, and pay a certain amount to MG each month depending on how many kms you drove.
For people who drive their cars less, a battery subscription model can be beneficial, since it brings the overall purchase cost of the vehicle down.
With BaaS, the MG Comet EV is now available starting from 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom) — 2 lakh cheaper than with battery — and the subscription cost is 2.5 per km.
The MG ZS EV is now available starting from 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom) — 5 lakh cheaper than with battery — and the subscription cost is 4.5 per km.
