Under the new strategy, BMW is consolidating its BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad dealerships under one roof. The new dealerships will also house the automaker’s pre-owned vehicle business, delivery and aftersales services.

BMW Retail.Next: New Lounge Area

The dealerships will house a bar and lounge for clients to relax during their visit. The sales advisors will be equipped with digital sales tools to provide customers with in-depth details on the new products.

BMW Retail.Next: More Focus On Digitisation

The new Retail.Next dealerships put more focus on digitisation and customer experience. They also house new vehicle sales and lifestyle accessories under one roof.

BMW Retail.Next: Dealers To Switch Soon

BMW India originally rolled out the Retail.Next outlets in late 2023. However, more dealers will switch to the new format stores soon. The first dealerships to switch will belong to those dealer partners with more than one BMW Group brand in their portfolio.
