Triumph Speed 400 Launched in India!

Triumph Motorcycles has launched the all-new Triumph Speed 400 in India, with an introductory price of ₹ 2.23 lakh for the first 10,000 customers
Powertrain
The 398 cc, four-valve engine puts out 39.5 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 37.5 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a torque assist clutch
Features
The Speed 400 comes with switchable traction control and dual-channel ABS. It also sports a large analogue speedometer with an integrated LCD screen that includes a tachometer, gear position indicator, fuel gauge and other necessary information
India-Specific Fitment
The motorcycle gets some India-specific fitments, which are - saree guard, front number plate and grab-handles come as standard too, whereas in other markets, they are optional accessories
Rivals
The Triumph Speed 400 will compete with the likes of the KTM 390 Duke and the BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS, and the Harley-Davidson X440
