The new Alcazar arrives with a 1.5 litre turbo-petrol engine and updated pricing
Hyundai launches the new Alcazar in India- Hyundai has launched the 2023 Alcazar SUV in the Indian market. Prices start from Rs. 16.75 lakh and go up to Rs. 20.25 lakh for the top-end variant.
What else do we know about the new Alcazar- The new Alcazar will have a total of three trims. The trims are Prestige, Platinum and Signature. Bookings have already been open over the last few days across Hyundai dealerships.
The new engine from Hyundai- This new Alcazar petrol engine makes 253 Nm of maximum torque and 158 BHP of peak power. It is E20 and RDE compliant, while getting two transmission choices, namely a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT.
Are there any additional changes- The Alcazar SUV also gets a few new features including a revamped grille, side and curtain airbags as standard (the total number of airbags as standard is now six), and Idle Stop & Go.
