F1 has undertaken sprint race format trials over three 2021 weekends and it has finally made a universally accepted format.

It has announced six sprint races in 2023 in place of three.

The venues for these races will be Azerbaijan’s Baku City Circuit, Austria’s Red Bull Ring, and the Belgium-based Spa-Francorchamps.

The others include the Losail Circuit in Qatar, the Circuit of The Americas in the United States, and Interlagos in Brazil.
