Over 50 cars and two-wheelers were nominated for the coveted titles. While there was a strong mix of internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicles, this year hybrids too had strong representation
Spearheaded by car&bike’s Editor-in-Chief Girish Karkera, the jury panel also included senior members of the c&b editorial team and a slew of external jury members from the auto industry and motorsports

One highlight of the event was the tug-of-war between comedian Rohan Joshi and car&bike’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Synthesia aka CeeBee, about who gets to host the awards show. After a lengthy banter it was Rohan who got to do it

The Selection Process
In addition to the main nomination categories, which included models launched in 2022, there were also Viewers’ Choice categories, where viewers voted for their favourite cars, two-wheelers, and electric vehicles
Choosing The Best Of The Best
The nominated cars and two-wheelers were put through stringent assessments by two separate juries at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida. After a thorough and elaborate assessment, the winners were chosen through votes
The Who’s Who Of The Industry
The ceremony was held at Andaz, Aerocity, New Delhi, amidst a gathering of some of the most illustrious leaders of the Indian Automobile industry. Also present was celebrity actor, biking enthusiast and juror Siddhant Karnick
