Mahindra Racing has released the first image of its Formula E Season 5 contender - M5 Electro. The all-new challenger is based on the Gen2 Formula E car that was revealed at the Geneva Motor Show 2018 earlier this month and replaces the outgoing model with its radical design, and improved performance.

The race-ready Bentayga, features Bentley's unmodified W12 engine. It develops 600 bhp and 900 Nm and has been prepared by a dedicated team in Bentley's motorsport department in Crewe.

Dunlop will ride for the Tyco BMW Motorrad team at the Isle of Man TT, North West 200 and Ulster GP this year, three of the major international road races. Fifteen-time Isle of Man TT winner Dunlop currently holds the lap record for the 60 kilometre-long mountain course.

Force India announced a season-long deal with Havaianas recently, and the brand's name shows up on the new Halo cockpit protection device, whose shape has been likened to that of the flip flop strap. With the tie-up, the Silverstone-based team becomes the second team after McLaren to have its halo sponsored by a flip flop maker.

As part of revamping the sport and making it more viewer-friendly, Formula 1 and Netflix have announced a season-long collaboration that will result in a an original docu-series. The collaboration will last for the 2018 FIA Formula 1 World Championship and will provide in a glimpse into the inner world of the sport. Netflix has commissioned 10 episodes of the series, which will be screened in early 2019.

It was a battle of the heavyweights right from the first race of the 2018 Formula One season as Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel beat Mercedes-AMG driver Lewis Hamilton to win the season-opener Australia Grand Prix.
