Aprilia is all set to offer a new set of colour schemes for the SR 150 scooter. The Aprilia SR 150 will continue to get the same engine and offer same specifications as before. Expect Aprilia to make an announcement soon about the SR 150 getting new colours.

Norton Motorcycles have ended speculation and confirming that it is working on a Scrambler motorcycle concept with a 650 cc parallel-twin engine. The bike might spawn off few other motorcycles with the same engine as well.

The Kinetic-Norton Joint Venture will have Norton bikes assembled in India, and even exported to other markets in South East Asia. But there's more than just the current Norton bikes which will make their way to India. Future range of Norton bikes, including models based on a 650 cc parallel-twin engine are also on the cards.

The SWM SuperDual 600 cc on-road, off-road adventure bike will be launched in early 2018, Carandbike has learnt. The SWM SuperDual will be brought to India by Kinetic MotoRoyale, and will be priced below Rs. 6 lakh.

Suzuki has updated the GSX-R1000 and the more powerful GSX-R1000R models for the 2018 model year with both bikes sporting new colour schemes. There are no mechanical changes on the motorcycle for the new year.

The Ministry Of Petroleum And Natural Gas announced today that BS6 fuel might be available in Delhi from April 1, 2018. The NCR area in general, which will include the likes of Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad is set to receive the BS6 fuel by April 1, 2019. The fuel roll out will happen ahead of the rollout of BS6 nationally which will take place on April 1, 2020. While most automakers are on track to meet the original deadline set by the government for BS6 rollout, some have reacted mentioning how the fuel rollout might not really have any real impact on the pollution levels that have plagued most of north India these last few weeks. The question many are asking us though is simple. What happens if you put BS6 fuel in a BS4 car, or but BS4 fuel in a BS6 car?

Norton Motorcycles has just announced a joint venture with Kinetic MotoRoyale to assemble and sell two motorcycles in India and the ASEAN region. The two models are the Norton Dominator and Norton Commando. However, Norton is also developing a 650 cc engine which will make 100 bhp.

The Oil Ministry has said that Delhi would get BS-6 fuel in 2018, two years ahead of the national deadline to leapfrog from BS-4 to BS-6. But while the government has not asked the automobile industry to also make such a commitment with said vehicles, we examine the state of readiness they are in if called on to do so.
