The Vespa Elettrica will go on sale in Europe in 2018 and will be offered in two variants - the standard version with a 100 km range and the Elettrica X with over 200 km range.

Having first unveiled the new Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 at EICMA this month, Royal Enfield will be launching the much talked about twin-cylinder motorcycles in India in the summer of 2018. Royal Enfield CEO Siddhartha Lal confirmed the launch details to carandbike.com at the recently concluded Rider Mania 2017.

The all-new Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650 finally make their India debut at the 2017 Rider Mania. Early this month, the bikes made their world premiere at the 2017 EICMA show.

The Norton Dominator will be one of the bikes launched in India under the Kinetic-Norton joint venture. Initially, the Dominator will be brought in as a full import, as a limited edition motorcycle, and eventually, by 2019, it will be assembled and sold in India.

Cartist, a Jaipur based organisation that turns cars into rolling art is in Mumbai for an exclusive exhibition from November 17-19, 2017. The exhibition will be held at the Jijamata Udyan (or Mumbai Zoo) grounds in Byculla, Mumbai and is open to public. The organisation, founded by car collector and restorer Himanchu Jangid uses cars as a canvas to paint on rolling murals depicting both the city that the car is painted in along with other art based themes that also usually have some sort of social meaning. Cartist also uses local artists to create absolutely exquisite works of art with an automotive theme woven into them along with other forms of art like sculptures and installation art with both an automotive and social theme.

Indian Motorcycle will be launching the 2018 Indian Scout Bobber in the country on November 24, 2017. The company has lined up the launch at India Bike Week 2017, and comes about four months after the motorcycle was originally revealed in July this year. The Scout Bobber, as the name suggests, is based on the Indian Scout that is already on sale in India but is stripped, darker version of the cruiser.
