    B) Car Search

    • This facility is available in major metros and other locations in India as per agreement with your employer/company. You can select the city from the dropdown in the vehicle selection page. If your city is not listed, please drop us an email on MMFSL.Leasing@mahindra.com and we will get back to you.
    • The vehicle prices may have a minor variation across different cities in India due to difference in OEM’s Ex-showroom prices, registration charges etc. This information is indicative and will be confirmed in an email once your employer/company approves your request.
    • The listed car models and variants are as per their availability with the dealer network in your selected city and as per your employer/company’s policies. You may request for a new model/variant and we will put in efforts to include in the next revision subject to our agreement with the dealers and your employer/company.
    • It is based on your designation and our agreement with your employer/company. In case of further clarifications please reach out to your admin team/HR.

    C) Car Selection and Confirmation

    • The availability displayed on the website is indicative. On submission of your request, as per the process, our team requires a confirmation from your Admin team/HR. Once the same is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you informing on the availability estimate for your selected variant.
    • Please allow up to 2 working days to process your request and receive confirmation from your company/employer. In the unlikely case of the confirmation not being received, please email to MMFSL.Leasing@mahindra.com with the subject line – ‘Delay in confirmation of vehicle request’ from your official email id.
    • The lease rental is calculated based on various factors like duration of use, resale value (fixed or market) and other services included. The rentals displayed on the website are calculated accordingly.
    • This will depend on your company policy and agreement with us. Typically, when vehicle is leased at Fixed Residual Value (FRV) of say 20% then at the end of tenure you can buy the vehicle from us. Similarly.If vehicle is leased on Market Residual Value (or MRV) then you can buy the vehicle from us at fairly valued market price. In most cases you can also return the vehicle to us after the end of lease tenure subject to certain conditions.
    • Extension will be possible depending on the agreement with you company and our terms and conditions.
    • Cancellation or early closure of lease contract depends on your company policy and agreement entered between us. Typically any early closure attracts a foreclosure fee and other charges.
    • This will depend on your employer car policy. Certain amount may be allowed of accessories maybe allowed as part of car cost. However in most of the cases accessories need to be installed at your own cost subjected to terms and conditions of the leasing contract.
    • No, the quote doesn’t include these expenses. Please refer to your company/employer’s policy document on the same.
    • Yes, government has mandated that all new vehicles to be registered are pre-installed with FasTag at the time of delivery of vehicles. You will be given the details of FasTag so that you can charge it directly by yourself.
    • If your vehicle is covered under fleet management services with us, we will take care of everything. We have tied up with RSA (Road Side Assistance) companies which will help you 24/7 in case of breakdown where vehicle has stopped and can’t move. For other schedule and unscheduled maintenance you can contact us and we will get it done for you. However, if our lease arrangement does not include maintenance service you will have to take care of breakdown, regular maintenance etc by yourself.
