Lotus Emira

Launch: Lotus is expected to launch the Emira in India by April 2024.

Price: The Lotus Emira is expected to be brought via the CBU route and priced in the range of Rs 3 crore (ex-showroom).

Technical specifications: The Emira runs on a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine that is tuned by AMG. It is paired with an 8-speed DCT. Another option is a 395 bhp, 3.5-litre supercharged V6 engine that comes with a 6-speed manual or automatic. All the power is transferred to the rear wheels.

Features: The Emira gets LED lighting, a 10.25-inch touchscreen display, sporty flat-bottomed steering wheel, powered ORVMs, auto-dimming IRVM, 10-speaker audio system and a lot more.

Safety Features: For safety, it gets six airbags, ADAS features like adaptive cruise control. Anti-collision control and lane keep assist.

Rivals: The Lotus Emira is a rival to the Porsche 718 Cayman and the Jaguar F-Type.
