    TVS Motor Co has updated two of its bestselling motorcycles from the Apache range, those being the Apache RTR 160 & Apache RTR 180. The Apache RTR 160 is priced between Rs. 1,17,790 to Rs. 1,24,590, while the Apache RTR 180 is priced at Rs. 1,30,590 (Ex-Showroom). Both motorcycles get a host of updates, which include a refreshed design with a new LED headlamp and LED tail lamp, a wider 120 mm rear tyre to help with the increased power output from the engines, Bluetooth connectivity and more. However, the two models go on sale in a very competitive segment, which includes the likes of the new Bajaj Pulsar N160, Yamaha FZ-S FI, Honda X-Blade, Hero Xtreme 160R, and the Suzuki Gixxer. Let's take a look at how they stack up against each other in terms of pricing.

    Bajaj Pulsar N160 Price

    The Bajaj Pulsar has been a popular name ever since inception, and the newly launched Pulsar N160 promises to keep the ball rolling. The motorcycle is critically acclaimed, and has a lot of strong points. While it misses out on Bluetooth connectivity, it gets other essential features like a gear position indicator, dual-channel ABS, a distance to empty read out, and more. The motorcycle will also be available in a single-channel ABS version at a later date, and it will be priced below the dual-channel ABS variant. The dual-channel ABS variant of the Pulsar N160 is priced at Rs. 1,27,853 (Ex-Showroom).

    Bajaj Pulsar N160

    The Bajaj Pulsar N160 is currently offered in only one dual-channel ABS variant, while a single-channel ABS variant will soon be launched.

    Yamaha FZ-S FI Price

    The Yamaha FZ-S has been a popular bike amongst the youth, and in its latest version 3.0 avatar, it is now better than ever before. It gets dual-disc brakes with single-channel ABS, and also gets features like Bluetooth connectivity. The Yamaha FZ-S FI is priced between Rs. 1,21,400 to Rs. 1,24,400 (Ex-Showroom).

    Hero Xtreme 160R Price

    While the Hero Xtreme 160R misses out on Bluetooth connectivity and dual-channel ABS, the motorcycle certainly makes up in the looks. The motorcycle has a very unique design which may not appeal to everyone, but is certainly impressive. It also gets petal disc brakes, a gear position indicator, USB charging, and more. The Hero Xtreme 160R is offered in 3 variants, and is priced between Rs. 1,17,748 to Rs. 1,22,938 (Ex-Showroom).

    Honda X-Blade

    The Honda X-Blade justifies its name by possessing sharp looks. Almost everything in the design is at an acute angle, and the whole motorcycle is heavily sculpted. The motorcycle misses out on dual-channel ABS and bluetooth connectivity, and of the two variants on offer, the lower variant gets only a drum brake at the back with a disc at the front. The higher variant gets dual petal-disc brakes with single-channel ABS. The Honda X-Blade is priced between Rs. 1,15,614 and Rs. 1,20,004 (Ex-Showroom).

    Suzuki Gixxer Price 

    The Suzuki Gixxer is a couple of years old now, but the model is ageing quite well. The 155 cc Gixxer does lack on features when compared to its rivals, missing out on Bluetooth connectivity, dual-channel ABS, etc., and it is also the priciest of the lot. The Suzuki Gixxer is priced at Rs. 1,34,800 (Ex-Showroom).
